ShapesXR: Quick Access Tool

This tool is for ShapesXR and this proposed quick access tool that is on your left controller will greatly enhance your workflow.

It will greatly reduce the time for you to go back and forth to your desired design tool by having a floating quick access UI/slot directly at your world space. This can be toggled on and off as needed. The quick access tools you previously set will still remain even after toggling off. 

There will be more meat added to this project as I progress.
